Building F of the Bonarka for Business complex opened today is a 8-tier structure class A. It offers 10 000 sq. m of leasable space gross, the half of which was rented before commissioning. Global deliverers of IT services such as GlobalLogic or Luxoft are to open their offices in building F.
Building F was awarded BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level. The high standard of the office is provided by e.g. functional arrangement of interiors, structural wiring, two staircases, fire security and access control systems, good class finishing materials as well as DSO installation. The authors of the project are architects of IBM Asymetria and Biuro Rozwoju Krakowa. Both investor and developer of Bonarka for Business is TriGranit.
B4B is situated next to the shopping mall Bonarka City Center at Puszkarska Street. It is placed on the postindustrial area in the Podgórze district and it constitutes one of the biggest revitalized areas in Europe (more information: B4B – project that changed the perception of Podgórze). B4B is a laurate of many awards, for instance, "artURBANICA" or "Prime Property Prize Małopolska 2013". The list of tenants includes e.g. Alexander Mann Solutions, StateStreet, Euroclear or Lufthansa.
As a target, Bonarka for Business is to be composed of 10 office buildings of the total leasable size amounting to 95 000 sq. m. Four offices (buildings A, B, C and D) were realized within the first stage, whereas the second phase envisages building of three 8-tier structures (buildings E, F and G). The building of the next three ones (buildings H, I and J) is planned for the following years.
Building G is to be completed at the beginning of 2017 and has already been rented in 100 per cent by the Belgian bank Euroclear, which currently rents areas in building C. The possibility of development of our complex and offering bigger office space adjusted to the needs of our clients are one of the strong assets of B4B just as its functionality and convenient location – says Tomasz Lisiecki.
