Building F is the sixth office investment which belongs to Bonarka for Business (B4B) complex in Krakow. The office building won the first edition of the “Asset of Krakow” competition in the category “The Most Environment-Friendly Office Building”. The competition was organized for the first time this year by the Krakow Town Hall and Eurobuild magazine. The winners were selected by online voting in three categories. “The Most Environment-Friendly Office Building” category is intended for buildings which are distinguished by great care about the environment.
The execution of office buildings class A with particular care about the environment constitutes one of the long-term commitments of TriGranit. Hence, the title: “The Most Environment-Friendly Office Building in Krakow” is a great honor to us. Due to revitalization of the Krakow office market, we intend to execute three other buildings within B4B complex in the nearest future – says Beata Kokeli, Director of Asset Management Department and Country Manager in Poland at TriGranit.
Building F delivers 10 000 sq. m of leasable space gross. The investment was commissioned in 2016. It constitutes the sixth part of the Bonarka for Business office complex in Krakow. Building F is a 8-tier structure certified in BREEAM at the Very Good level.
B4B investment included transformation of 19 ha of industrial areas into modern office space. Buildings A, B, C, D, E, F and G have already been executed and their total leasable space amounts to 65 000 sq. m. The next building (H) is under construction. Due to high activity of the office market in Krakow, the execution of two other buildings (I and J) is envisaged for the nearest years. As a target, Bonarka for Business will deliver 10 office buildings of the total leasable space amounting to 95 000 sq. m. The office complex will create a compact setting with the central street and the square, which refers to the function and to the character of a traditional town square. This well-designed public space was distinguished with numerous awards, for instance, “artURBANICA 2012”.
