Developer operating on the residential and commercial market in Wrocław – Archicom – made a decision about realization of a new investment at Hallera Avenue. First and foremost, Clubhouse is a good and recognizable address on the map of Wrocław and it is characterized by outstanding architecture that fits the typical Wrocław development in the borderline of Krzyki and Borek. We believe that this investment will arouse a great interest among customers mainly due to a good location and perfect exposition of the building from Hallera Avenue – says Tomasz Sujak, Member of the Board of Archicom Group.
This 3-tier office and service structure of size amounting to around 2000 sq. m will be located in close proximity to the apartment housing estate Ogrody Hallera. The building will offer service premises on the ground floor and office premises on floors for sale, the size of which amounts to around 100-500 sq. m. Developer does not exclude that the building will be sold to only one investor as a whole.
The structure was designed for ca. 100-120 employees. Clients and employees will have 38 parking places at their disposal and there will be stands for bicycles on the area of the investment. Basing on foregoing experiences, we wanted to create comfortable conditions for future investors. The new structure offers interesting outlooks for both bigger companies and smaller service providers. Convenient ways of access to the property and office space, which can be easily arranged, make the investment of Archicom a good choice for both experienced entrepreneurs and start-ups – says Tomasz Sujak.
All users of the building will occupy their premises in the half of 2018. The general contractor of the structure is Archicom Sp. z o.o. Realizacja Inwestycji Sp. k. of Archicom Group.
Archicom Group has been operating on the market for nearly 30 years. It has already built more than 150 structures, including residential buildings, hotels and offices. At present, Archicom Group realizes residential structures with service premises and multilevel business centers such as West Forum. This developer has already realized 6 investments in the capital of Lower Silesia, which constitute ca. 9 per cent of modern office space in the city.
