GFT rented about 1300 sq. m of office space in the Warsaw SwedeCenter building owned by Vastint. At present, we hire more than 600 highly qualified experts: analysts, designers, computer programmers, testers and design managers in offices in Łódź and Poznań. The opening of the next third office is a natural consequence of developing our organization in the region – informs Piotr Kania, Managing Director of GFT Poland. Our experience shows a significant role of strong brand, innovative personal policy and special conditions of employment on gaining human capital. Moreover, it also concerns modern and well-situated offices designed mainly for computer programmers, who constitute majority of employees hired in our company – adds Kania.
