International company HB Reavis plans to start realization of an office building at the crossroads of Chmielna Street and Jana Pawła II Avenue this year. The project will be composed of three buildings, the highest of which can reach the height of even 310 meters in accordance with the current regulations of properties. At present, HB Reavis is conducting preparatory works related to the investment and it concentrates on final formalities which have to be settled before commencement of the project.
The complex at Chmielna Street and Jana Pawła II Avenue is the fifth investment of HB Reavis on the Warsaw market. The list of projects realized by the investor on the area of Warsaw includes Postępu 14, first stage of Gdański Business Center as well as Konstruktorska Business Center. Moreover, HB Reavis is currently realizing the second stage of Gdański Business Center and West Station.
