Office Department of CBRE became an exclusive agent responsible for lease of space in the office and commercial building owned by BBI Development SA – Centrum Marszalkowska. The structure will jointly offer more than 16 500 sq. m of leased area. Centrum Marszalkowska is a uniquely localized project, which is something more than an office. It is also an investment which takes in favor the commercial potential of the Eastern Wall of Marszalkowska Street along with the crossroads of two lines of metro. It is a place with the highest traffic rate in the capital. It will be also the first office integrated with a metro line, which – except for numerous facilitations of the building class A+ – will offer five green terraces – says Michal Skotnicki, Chairman of the Board of BBI Development SA.
Centrum Marszalkowska will be realized at the crossroads of Swietokrzyska and Marszalkowska Streets in place of the former department mall Sezam. The investment is being realized in cooperation with BBI Development SA and Warsaw Spoldzielnia Spozywcow Spolem. The structure will jointly deliver around 16 500 sq. m of usable space to the market in Warsaw, 11 000 sq. m of which will be occupied by offices and around 5500 sq. m – by commerce and service premises. A two-level underground garage with 106 parking places will be also given at tenants' disposal. The investment will be certified in the BREEAM system at the Very Good level. The general contractor is Doraco Building Corporation.
