JLL became a manager of the office C owned by the office complex Gdański Business Center – the Warsaw project of HB Reavis. Another building – structure D – will be taken over by the agency in the second quarter of 2016. JLL will be responsible for maintenance of very good relations with tenants as well as widely understood operational management, including supervision over subcontractors and costs of maintenance. It is worth mentioning that the company also became a manager of the buildings A and B two years ago.

Gdański Business Center is a modern office complex situated at the crossroads of Andersa and Inflancka Streets in close proximity to the entrance of the Dworzec Gdański metro station, railway station as well as tram and bus stops. As a target, 4 buildings will be included within the investment: A and B realized within the 1st stage with the total leased area amounting to around 47 000 sq. m, which were commissioned in 2014. The second stage – structures C and D – will deliver more than 50 000 sq. m to the Warsaw market. The office C has already been completed whereas the structure D will be commissioned in the second quarter of 2016. The list of tenants of the second stage of Gdański Business Center includes such companies as Aviva or Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas. The complex was designed in accordance with the standards of the BREEAM environmental certificate.
