A new restaurant offering exquisite meat dishes will be opened on the ground floor of OVO Wrocław. The investor has just concluded a lease contract concerning a premises with the size of 200 sq. m. It is a different kind of a premises than a restaurant in the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel, which will be operating on the other side of the internal patio in OVO Wrocław – says Małgorzata Ryfa, Chairman for Commercialization, OVO Wrocław. The restaurant will be situated in a premises with the shop window from Traugutta Street. The windows on the other side will have the view on the internal patio, where tables will be at guests' disposal in the summer period. This solution is compliance with the idea of the whole internal courtyard of the investment. Our patio may be compared to a small pedestrian zone. It is open to inhabitants, who eagerly spend their free time in that place. Moreover, it is a place of casual meetings, encouraging to social, business or cultural interactions – says Shuckie Ovadiah, investor and CEO, OVO Wrocław. We are searching for new tenants who would be interested in running a business in this special place – adds. At present, advanced talks with companies from the area of gastronomy, jewelry and fashion are currently being conducted.
OVO Wrocław is a multifunctional investment composed of a five-star hotel under the brand Hilton, apartments, penthouses as well as office premises. The building with the total area amounting to 48 800 sq. m will have seven aboveground and two underground tiers. The office zone, which is intended for sale, amounts to 3852 sq. m. The general contractor is Eiffage Poland Budownictwo SA, which is conducting works on OVO Wrocław in the so called design&build system. It means that construction works are conducted in the same time as the executive project is devised, and which properly exceeds the construction. The building of the complex is to be completed in spring this year.
