The Twin City A office is the first building realized by HB Reavis within the first stage of the Twin City complex in the city center of Bratislava. Today, the investor informed about concluding a contract with the Slovenská sporiteľňa bank amounting to 27 million euro. It includes a construction credit for covering of 75 per cent of the building costs and it will be additionally increased at the final acceptance stage of the structure. The period of the credit repayment ends in 2021 and the total cost of the investment amounts to 31.5 million euro.
Twin City A will offer almost 16 000 sq. m of office area, the commission of which is planned on autumn 2015. The total HB Reavis complex will be composed of three buildings certified in the BREEAM system with the Excellent grade. They will jointly deliver almost 65 000 sq. m of office, commercial and service area on the Slovakian market in this as well as following year.
