It is the fifth office structure on the Warsaw market which received this grade in the BREEAM Final certification system. The investment also received the BREEAM Interim with a Very Good grade, however, it was granted at the project stage.

The Gdański Business Center I complex is composed of two buildings with the total area of 48 000 sq. m class A. The investment is equipped with many ecological solutions and the energy is totally gained from renewable sources of energy. The list of tenants of the complex includes such companies as KPMG, Agencja Nieruchomości Rolnych, SNC Lavalin, Provident, WebInterpret, Solid Logistics, EMC Computer Systems Poland, Ove Arup & Partners International Limited, KMD, Agito, Coloplast and Digital Virgo.
Gdański Business Center I is the first part of the complex which will be composed of four offices with the total area amounting to 100 000 sq. m.
