Bonarka City Center became won an award in one of the mot prestigous contests of the property business in Europe - CEE Real Estate Awards, in two main categories: the most important – Project of the Year 2009 and The Best Shopping Centre Mega. During this event, organized by EuropaProperty, awards went to: Dariusz Rudziński, managing director Bonarka City Center oraz Tomasz Lisiecki, managing director TriGranit Polska.
In the contest, two main accomplishments from the last year were honoured: the best property commercial businesses and the most interesting project in the Middle-East Europe. Candidates running for CEE Retail Estate Awards were from Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Ukraine, Austria, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Moldova, Albania, Croatia. Competition was strong - e.g. on the short list in a category for the best shopping center (mega) were Bonarka City Center, Afi Palace – Cotroceni AFI Europe – from Romania, Forum Istanbul – Multi Development – from Turkey and West Gate – Redserve GmbH – from Croatia.
Bonarka City Center - got two awards, the most important honour for the Project of the Year 2009 and at the same time was accounted the Best Shopping Center (in mega category: 75,001 + sqm GLA) – it confirmed its high position in business. I'm glad that jury, a 70 member jury consisting of property commercial experts appreciated a quality and complexity of methods connected with preparing of the whole investment - says Dariusz Rudziński, managing director BCC.
