New estate office bulidings,similar to this in Służewiec Przemysłowy, will soon be built in the southern part of Mokotów - quotes 'Polska The Times'.
Acording to the newspaper, the neighbourhood which is often associated with a cosy Sadyba and estates along Sobieski Street can soon become a business centre. One of the biggest office complex in the capital will be built there. A large complex of modern buildings will be built at the crossing of Sikorski and Sobieski streets, with a total office space of 70 000 sqm. The company Europlan Capital is an investor and FSP Arcus designed a project. It consists of five 7 storey high buildings with a 21 storey high skyscraper.
The buildings will be linked with a glazed street, system of roads, alleys and green areas and small architecture is included as well. Investment is supposed to start in 2010 after establishing the special development plan - the daily quotes.
