The project is located at the intersection of Anders and Inflancka Streets in Warsaw, near the Railway Station Gdansk, which - as admitted by Brendan Long, director of the Department of Real Estate Finance BZ WBK - contributed to a positive decision of the bank to grant the loan.
The complex will include four buildings, two of which (A and B) have already been completed in the first half of current year and offer a total of 46 000 sqm. office space. Completion of the entire project has scheduled for early 2016. Building A is a sixeen-storeyy skycraper with atypical and glass façade, while the lower half object B is characterizing by an original façade made of sandstone "Teakwood" originating in India.
