Royal Wilanów, located at the intersection of Klimczaka and Przyczółkowa Streets was issued the assessment Very Good in the BREEAM system for its design stage. The investment, implemented by Grupa Capital Park, is to be completed in the third quarter of 2015. The general contractor of the project is the company Erbud SA.
The highest note for Royal Wilanów was in the category of transport, in which it was given 100 points out of 100. The building can be reached both by car, and by public transport and by bike. Grupa Capital Park also plans to launch a shuttle bus, whose route will lead from the station Metro Wilanowska to the office block. In the future, the building will be even more easily accessible thanks to a new tram line, which is to be created as one of the priority investments of the city. Royal Wilanów was also high rated in the categories of management and waste (over 80 points out of 100 in each category). In the design of the building, a lot of importance was also attached to solutions related to the well-being of the employees.
In the office block, there will also be a commercial and service part - on 6 920 sq. m, there will be shops, servicing stations and restaurants with a summer garden. The tenants of this part of the building include: delicatessen “Piotr and Paweł,” stand-up bar “Słony” by Magda Gessler, brewery and restaurant Bierhalle, wine-bar with restaurant Fine Wine & Spirits, French creperie Bastylia Champagne Bar & Creperia, as well as the shops Piccola Italia and Krakowski Kredens. The following companies will move into the office space: Erbud SA, Varsovia and the investor of the project - Grupa Capital Park.
Royal Wilanów will offer 29 787 sq. m of office space on five floors. On three underground floors, there will be a car park with 915 parking places for cars and a bicycles.
The studio JEMS Architekci is responsible for the architectural design of the building. Colliers International is looking for the tenants of the office part, whereas BOIG - of the commercial part.
The project obtained from Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. financing amounting to 61 million euro and VAT financing to the amount of 20 million zloty.
