Infinicity will be built on a plot of land of the area of ca. 4 hectares, located between Postępu and Cybernetyki Streets. The project involves creation of office, residential and service space.
Within the frames of the complex, the developer will build, among others, four office blocks, which will offer a total of over 50 000 sq. m of modern office and service A class space. The first building will offer 9 000 sq. m, the second one - 16 000 sq. m, the third one - 12 700 sq. m and the fourth one - 16 800 sq. m. Within the frames of Infinicity, there will be restaurants, shops, a fitness club, a kindergarten and a spacious garden. In the complex, a three-star hotel may also be created, with the area of 9 000 sq. m. It will also be used as a business centre, offering conference halls and restaurants. The developer also plans to build two residential buildings. The investment will be certified in the BREEAM system, guaranteeing the use of energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly solutions.
The developer of Infinicity is the company ECI SA, which has in its portfolio such buildings as the complex New City and office blocks Alma, Cirrus and Antares, making compact development of the corner of Marynarska and Rzymowskiego Streets.
The beginning of the first stage of the implementation of the investment was scheduled for 2015.
