The Cube has joined the portfolio of buildings managed by CBRE as a part of the programme 'The Most Prestigious Real Estate'. The location belongs to EPISO3, a fund governed by Tristan Capital Partners.
The Cube is a multifunctional, 23 storey high building, offering a total of 46 450 sqm of office, commerce, restaurant and housing space. The object also includes a boutique type hotel, luxurious SPA and the biggest automatic car park in Great Britain. The investment has been put into operation in 2010. The architectural project has been made by Ken Shuttleworth form architectonic office MAKE. The architect's idea was to combine the industrious heritage of the city with the vision of the future. The result is a project in a, so called, 'jewellery box' form.
'The Most Prestigious Real Estate' programme gathers in CBRE's portfolio real estate unique in terms of sizes, architecture and quality. The global volume of space governed by the company is estimated at 20 million square meters, in which such icons as Shanghai Tower, Ibedrola Tower in Bilbao and Gherkin in London are present.
CBRE will be responsible for management and maintenance of The Cube, as well as a supervision over all services. The company will also advise the owner in terms of the improvement of leaseholders' and guests' satisfaction.
