Two weeks have passed since the official opening of Miasteczko Orange, Warsaw, and the project have already achieved the BREEAM certificate of Excellent level. Bouygues Immobilier Polska investment is the biggest office complex in Poland that has been so highly rated by British BRE.
The complex is located at Aleje Jerozolimskie 160. The complex was created with the minimal influence on environment as well as high-energy efficiency in mind. Miasteczko Orange consumes 30 percent less energy than a conventional office building. The investment’s design phase was certified with Very Good BREEAM grade.
The fact that the project was awarded with the grade on the Excellent level is a wonderful culmination of this investment. What are the solutions used in the building? The view on the window and the sky is available from every workplace, which ensures the proper availability of daylight. Openable windows and fluorescent lamps, which are fitted with devices increasing their frequency, were installed as a part of the investment. There are used elevators that save up to 20 percent more energy in comparison to standard solutions. Additionally, all water supply nodes are connected with the BMS system, and a reservoir tank is located on the roof.
The occupants of the complex have internal gardens, 2000 sqm of space, at their disposal. Currently the are more plants than before the commencement of the construction.
