Multifunctional complex Union Square is rising near Plac Unii Lubelskiej in Warsaw. The investment belongs to European developer Liebrecht & wooD (the majority investor) and BBI development NFI S.A. It is going to be commissioned in Fall 2013.
Union Square is one of the most interesting investments under construction in Warsaw. In a well-designed and professionally managed multifunctional structure, all the lessees benefit from the very closeness of office and commercial parts. The office staff have a place where they can have dinner, appoint a meeting, or do shopping after work, while retail chains have a group of their base shoppers. The projects of this kind are undoubtedly the future of developing industry. Union Square is a big challenge for a manager, but on the other hand it offers unlimited opportunities – Kamila Zębik, managing director of WeCare, says
