Business Garden Poznan is an office complex of combined space of 80 000 m2. It will be consisting of 9 A class buildings, the first stage is to build 4 of them of combined space reaching 42 00 m2. Complex will be erected on Marcelinska, Bulgarska and Lubienska junction. Project is to be LEED certified and will feature many eco-frendly and energy efficient solutions.
Complex is the second business park of SwedeCenter, the first one is under construction in Warsaw, another one is planned to be build in Wroclaw. All three of them will offer 280 000 m2 of office and services space available for lease.
