Pomarańczowa Ciuchcia kindergarten leased 480sqm of space on the first floor in Rondo 1 office and it will run from the 1st January 2013. 90 children will be learning in six classrooms. An enclosed playground will be built next to the building. A lease contract was signed for 6 years. Location of kindergarten in the office will enable parents to reconcile doing a career with upbringing of children.
There are 9 outposts of Pomarańczowa Ciuchcia kindergarten in Warsaw, they take care of children in age from 2 to 6 years. This high quality teaching center was established in 1996 under the name of Zielona Ciuchcia, as one of the first independent kindergartens in Warsaw.
Rondo 1 is one of the high-tech and most environmentally-friendly offices in Warsaw, offering 66 000sqm of lease space and about 500 parking places. It was ready-made in 2006 and it is located in the Warsaw's business centre, next to the ONZ Roundabout, in the neighbourhood of Railway Station Central Warsaw. The building got a certification LEED on a Gold level in "Existing Buildings" category as the first skyscraper in Europe in February 2011. It got also Real Green CEE Real Estate Quality Awards 2012 in "The Building of the Year 2011" category. It belongs to MGPA Europe Fund III, managing by MGPA. The project of the building was designed by an American architectonic company Skidmore, Owings & Merill, which were cooperating with Polish companies such as AZO and Epstein.
