-After a very careful preparation of applied project by our company, the british certifying organisation Building Research Establishment (BRE) found not even one thing amiss in the report and thanks to that the certification stage concluded with a full success. My sincere congratulations - says Magdalena Stretton, managing director at WSP Enviro Sp. z o.o., which conducted the certification process.
Echo points out that from the very beginning specialists from various industries have been participating in the project so that it fulfills the needs of its users and could later be certified.
- I'm very pleased with such a high evaluation of our new investment. In Echo Investment certifying projects is a natural consequence of developing office buildings, attempting to create really good projects. Certification has become not a new way of designing but, with prominent help of BREEAM's assessors, the grounds for easier communication with users of our structures - emphasises Igor Grabiwoda, Architect Team director in Office and Hotel Department at Echo Investment and a BREEAM assessor.
The architectural design has been prepared by a known JEMS Architekci architectural studio. Park Rozwoju's construction is to be completed in year 2015.
