Vastint Poland has signed lease contracts with Dassault Systems and Vershold Holding Poland, which pertain to 1100 sq. m of office space. Dassault Systems is a leading producer of software for engineering and 3D CAD design in the world, whereas Vershold Holding Poland is a deliverer of complex services and logistic solutions for retailers.
Business Garden is situated in close proximity to the city center of Warsaw. There is a system of public communication, which includes SKM and bus lines, in the closest neighborhood. The multifunctional Business Garden complex comprises seven small office buildings, which were awarded LEED Platinum. It delivers 90 000 sq. m of leasable space which was designed in such a way to provide optimal daylight exposition and allow flexible adaptation in accordance with individual needs of tenants. The most distinctive characteristics are architecture and garden open for the surrounding space, where relaxation and work zones with the access to Wi-Fi are situated among greenery.
