I am very pleased that many significant guests have been celebrating an official opening of Bobrowiecka 8 with us. Bobrowiecka 8 is a new investment class A. It is the third building which belongs to Bobrowiecka complex situated in the Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotów district. Bobrowiecka 8 delivers nearly 22 000 sq. m of office space and over 2400 sq. m of service space. The investment of Spectra Development is characterized by unique architecture and advanced technological solutions. The office is equipped with suspended ceilings, raised floors, air conditioning and adjustable windows.
Bobrowiecka 8 received a use permit at the end of October. The first tenants have already moved into their offices. At present, we are conducting advanced talks with new tenants who appreciate unique facilities of our new business address in Dolny Mokotów. These assets are: very good access from every part of Warsaw, 501 parking spaces in two-level garage hall, stands for bicycles and showers for cyclists as well as competitive prices – says Dariusz Sokołowski.
Bobrowiecka 8 was executed in accordance with the principles of sustainable development as well as BREEAM and BIM certification. Spectra Development is a developer of this investment whereas Hochtief Poland – its general contractor. CBRE agency is an exclusive agent responsible for commercialization. So far, the lease contracts have been signed by the following companies: CEDC International, Engie Services, Nutricia Poland and Żywiec Group, which belongs to Danone.
