Warsaw's Senator office has already 4 storeys. At Bielańska Street, works concerning building of fifth from sixth planned storeys are lasting as well as finishing of three level car parking. Investor - Ghelamco Poland plans to complete an office in a second half of 2012.
Belgian architecture studio Jaspers & Eyers is responsible for an architectural project of Senator, they cooperate with Polish studios AB-Projekt and Archiwum GB. Block of office was designed on a plan of former Polish Bank, and its facade keeps original architectonic assumptions from 1907. Horizontal lines between tiers and great glass spaces linked with bricky sandstone are continued. The project of the office was coordinated with Warsaw's Preservationist office.
The biggest leaseholder will be PKN Orlen. Its offices in the building will also have Rabobank Polska, Athlon Car Lease Poland and De Lage Landen, within Rabobank Group.
