The space between the buildings were arranged as a vast garden with relaxation and work zones. The tenants can relax or do sport outdoors. Additionally, the investors of Business Garden Wrocław put a great emphasis on high level of energy efficiency of the buildings, which was achieved thanks to application of the efficient service systems (HVAC, lighting) and the façade, which normalizes the influence of external conditions on energy consumption. The minimization of water consumption was also provided by the fittings of low flow ratio.
Business Garden in Wrocław is being erected at Legnicka Street. As a target, the complex is to comprise of nine office and service buildings of the total leasable space amounting to 117 000 sq. m. Except for the restaurant pavilion located on the area of the garden, there are also numerous additional facilitations for tenants, for instance, a medical centre or a kindergarten. The list of foregoing tenants includes such companies as Capgemini, Becton Dickinson, or Dolby Laboratories.
