Office Mokotów Nova, which belongs to Ghelamco, was awarded in two categories during the tenth edition of CIJ Awards. Additionally, investor was accredited for the fifth time the title of the Developer of the Year 2011.
Office building was accounted the best Polish office structure. It won also in ESSA Award category, in which ecological aspects of investment were rated. For Ghelamco's project it's another honour after three BREEAM certifications granted for offices: Trinity Park III, Katowice Business Point and Crown Square.
Plebiscite was organized by Construction & investment Journal magazine. Official prize giving took place on the 3rd November in Warsaw's Intercontinental Hotel.
