The building of the Puławska 543 office investment in the Warsaw Ursynów district will start in September 2015. The building will last maximal 16 months and thus the commission should be realized in the fourth quarter of 2016. The structure will deliver ca. 3000 sq. m of usable area on three aboveground tiers and 1400 sq. m of an underground garage to the municipal office market. The investor envisaged office area in an open space formula on each office tier with a possibility of its division depending on needs of future tenants. The ground floor will perform commercial and service functions which will be available directly from the outside.
The commercialization process of the structure is being conducted simultaneously to preparation of the building. Ca. 70 per cent of the ground floor's area have been already occupied and one of the office floors was divided into four tenants. At present, the investor is conducting advanced talks with other interested enterprises. Unfortunately, I cannot tell any details about profile and industry of tenants as well as names of companies which signed contracts with us. All present tenants are going to move into the building right after the building's completion, that is in the fourth quarter of 2016 – explains Jacek Laskowski from Forest Project.
The architectural project of the investment was prepared by Adam Walczyk from AGK Architekci studio. The building will be developed on the plot of a cuboid and it will be characterized by a clearly pointed out horizontal division on three tiers on the elevation which will be noticeable thanks to application of horizontal elevation bands. Their connection with large glazing and ligniform lining signs itself in modernistic aesthetics of Ursynów. The elevation will be sheltered from south on the +2 and +3 levels by ligniform blinds protecting employees of the offices from direct sunlight.
The investment is located in the southern part of Ursynów on so called Green Ursynów in close proximity to one of the main communicational arteries of Warsaw – Puławska Street which is also a national road number 79.
