A five-tier building class AA, which is being realized by Rent at Branickiego Avenue in Białystok, will perform office and service functions. It will offer ca. 8000 sq. m of total area adjusted to needs of companies functioning in the BPO/SSC and IT sectors. At designing of the building, modern solutions providing functional and effective using of office area were applied. Optimal size of floors provides tenants with wide possibilities of arrangement of offices depending on industry and specifics of company's activity. Świętojańska Office Building will be equipped with i.a. modern telecommunications links, intelligent steering, access control and air humidity systems as well as effective heat recovery and management of energy. Moreover, all users will be able to benefit from fast elevators, energy-saving air conditioning and ventilation or outdoor relaxation place.
The architectural project was prepared by team of architects: Jacek and Halina Wiewiórowie who cooperate with American architectural studio BLT Architects. Among designed investments of the office there are i.a. multifunctional Revel Atlantic City and Echelon in Las Vegas. Furthermore, Kubatura architectural studio from Białystok was engaged in realization of Świętojańska Office Building. The effect of common works is complex characterized by a solid divided in two combined and well-cooperating zones. First of them – the one adjacent to Świętojańska Street – is a cuboid, the last floor of which is a glazed annex. The second part – the bigger and totally glazed one – will be realized parallel to Branickiego Avenue and Biała river – explains Katarzyna Dąbrowska.
The investment is characterized by a convenient location at one of the main communicational arteries of the city, in close proximity to many municipal offices, public institutions, universities and shopping malls. There are bicycle lanes and buses of public transport at a distance of 50 m from Świętojańska Office Building – adds Katarzyna Dąbrowska.
The building of the complex is lasting from September 2014 and its commission is planned at the end of November 2015. The company signed lease contracts with two financial institutions and journalistic and editorial partnership. Tenants occupied jointly ca. 50 per cent of the available office area. They are going to move into their new headquarters at the beginning of 2016.
