Capital Park Group rented a premises with the area of ca. 90 sq. m in which a sushi restaurant is to be located. Employees of the building and people who are not related with the office will be able to benefit from it. The restaurant will complete the offer of other gastronomic tenants who will be located in Royal Wilanów – Bierhalle brewery and restaurant or Czas na Wino winery.
The group of tenants in Royal Wilanów has been recently extended by companies such as Rossmann, Colibri Concept Store, Sygnity, Erbud SA and Capital Park – investor of the project. BOIG is responsible for commercialization of a service area whereas Colliers International is responsible for an office area.
Royal Wilanów will be a 5-tier structure offering 29 787 sq. m of modern office area and 6920 sq. m of service and commercial part. Moreover, a car park with 931 parking places for tenants and clients as well as bicycle car park are envisaged in the underground part of the building. The author of the architectural project of the office is JEMS Architekci. The opening is planned on August 2015.
