Business Garden, a structure which is located at the crossroads of Marcelińska and Bułgarska Streets, is one of three business parks which are being realized by the Vastint company in Poland. The commission of the first stage of the building in the complex situated in the capital of Greater Poland increased the rentable area by 42 000 sq. m. The newly realized complex of four buildings is characterized by a typical low-rise building, many green area and solutions which provide a comfortable work environment.
The technical and construction solutions applied in Poznań Business Garden provide ergonomic work space and optimization of exploitation costs while limiting negative impacts on the environment. The pro-ecological character of the structure is confirmed by the LEED pre-certification on the Gold level. Moreover, the investor informs that the activities related to the certification at the highest platinum level are currently being conducted.
The tenants in Business Garden will have a number of services supporting business at their disposal, i.a. conference halls and facilitations for employees – for instance, post office, bank, laundry and canteen. The other services like kindergarten or medical center will be opened on request of tenants.
The investor and developer of the project is the Vastint Poland partnership owned by Property Division of the Inter IKEA Group. The author of the architectural design is Ahlqvist & Almqvist Arkitekter and Arcade Poland, whereas the general contractor of the complex was the PORR (Poland) company.
