The responsibilities which JLL acquired in January 2014 include maintenance of relations with tenants and widely understood management in the area of administration, finances, operations and technology, including service coordination and optimization, supervision over subcontractors and costs of maintenance of the structure, realization of environmental programs as well as recommendations related to planned facilitations and investment strategy within Rondo 1.
Rondo 1 is a brand on its own – the most famous office in Poland and one of the most prestigious office addresses in the Central and Eastern Europe. We are proud that JLL was chosen to a complex care of this investment. Moreover, the takeover of management of Rondo 1 is a culmination of a very good year for JLL property management division. In 2014, the portfolio of properties managed by us was extended by 17 structures – comments Virginie de-Baere, Director in Property Management Division, JLL.
Rondo 1 building is located in the business center in Warsaw. The office is composed of 40-floor (196 meter high) glazed tower from Jan Paweł II Avenue and 10-tier building at Świętokrzyska Street. The investment offers ca. 60 000 sq. m of office area and 5000 sq. m of commercial and service area. The tenants and their guests have a car park for 500 parking places at their disposal.
Rondo 1 received ecological LEED Gold certificate for existing buildings.
