On the 31st of May 2011 Project 4 sp. z o.o., subsidiary company Reinhold Polska, has signed preliminary contract with the company PKP Cargo SA regarding office complex Reinhold Center in Katowice.
Together with the ofice the parking wil be sold. Expectig amount of transction is 53 mln of polish zloty. Final agreement will be signed no later than 30th of September 2011.
