Complex will include two ofiices - higher one, described as a IQ Tower and lower, Tieto Tower, which take over the name from Tieto company - one of the lessee.
IQ Ostrava project was prepared based on the concept of different office building CTP – Spielberk Office Centre in Brno. Realization of the first IQ building was connected with a great success for the company.
Investment costs of IQ Ostrava would be more than 50 mln euro. Finish of two 50 meters high buildings is planned for 2012. Complex is oing to have around 22 thousand km of office area. Deveoper started attemps which are connected with receiving energetic certificate BREEAM.
