The biggest in the world private equity fund Blackstone, expects the increase of transactions for comercial real estates took over by lenders from debtors in the USA. For this step the european banks are also decided, what creates investment opportunities - says „Home Broker Daily”.
Since September 2009 Blackstone located on the real estates market about 10 mld USD of assets mainly in hotels and offices.
