The company intends to develop the entire quarter on Daszyńskiego Roundabout. The space adjacent to the office block will be made available to the inhabitants of the capital city.

By its investments, Skanska Property Poland proves that it tries and harmoniously combines modern office blocks with existing buildings in the capital city. This time, it announces that it intends to develop the entire quarter between Prosta, Wronia, Łucka and Towarowa Streets. Following the footsteps of Ghelamco, which is building the Warsaw Spire, the company will make the space between the office blocks available to the residents of Warsaw.

The investment project will be shown in the second quarter of 2014. At present we can say that we will create attractive public space on our area, and our investment will not be limited to building office blocks, informs Jakub Zagórski, Marketing and Communication Manager in Skanska Property Poland.

Currently on the site of the planned investment, preparatory work is in progress, for instance, demolishing the former headquarters of IPN (National Remembrance Institute). It will be replaced by the complex of three buildings with a 180-metre high tower, which will offer about 80 000 sq. m of office space. The architects from the JEMS studio work on the architectural design of the complex.
