Demolition permit on part of the skyscraper's construction of NOT's Cracow department was granted - quoted "Gazeta Krakowska". Investors are planning lowering the structure by two tiers. Planned works are complicated but necessary because of technic reasons.
For development conception responsible is Marek Dunikowski, co-owner of DDJM Architecture Studio. They're also planning to remove steel elements of construction from the highest tiers, staircase, conference room, underground car parking and installations. Demolition permit is valid 3 years.
Another stage of investment, which co-owner is GD&K, would be a property development. Redeveloped skyscraper would be surrounded by lower buildings, and the most important part of the complex will be Piazza boulevard, going until Mogilskie Roundabout (Rondo Mogilskie). However, city hasn't granted any permits on these works yet.
