New premises of Cisco in Cracow is now located near Na Dołach street. Its official opening was held on July 2, 2013. The construction counselor in the process of raising the new office was CBRE company. It was responsible for managing projects and costs, as well as for the adaptation, arrangement design and finishing works.
The office, with area of 3800 sq meters, is the second premises of Cisco in Cracow. Its rise was connected with the expansion of the activities of Cisco® Global Support Center, which was founded in Cracow in 2012.
In its new localization, Cisco offers technical and business service. Both clients and business partners can count on the support of such multi-functional groups as, Cisco Services, Finance, Operations, IT and many others. Support Center in Cracow belongs to the worldwide operational network and it will focus on EMEAR region (Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia). Currently, in the center work about 300 employers, yet the plans are known to increase the rate even to 900.
