Leszek Czarnecki, a well-known entrepreneur connected with Wrocław, is the owner of the property. It was he who celebrated the topping out ceremony, symbolizing the end of the construction works in the highest apartment and office complex in Poland.
Sky Tower is situated on Powstańców Śląskich Street, in the Krzyki district. The property will consist of a shopping centre, apartments and offices. The total area is of 171 000 sq. m, including an office space of over 28 000 sq. m. Companies, members of Grupa Getin Holding SA will be the tenants of this part of the complex.
The elevation of the building is supposed to be finished by the end of this year. The housing and office areas will be commissioned until the end of 2012, while the shopping centre will start working before the next Easter.
