Ghelamco Poland has commissioned a part of Mokotów Nova office building in Warsaw – the occupancy permit has been granted for 25 000 sq. m of modern rental space. The whole investment is planned to be finished in the first quarter of 2012.
The first tenant to move to Mokotów Nova is Cargill, an international company. Its new seat is of almost 1 600 sq. m. Soon a facility of Medicover, a company offering the full range of medical care, will be opened in the building.
Mokotów Nova will supply the market with a total of 40 000 sq. m of rental space. The whole complex will consist of three buildings, connected to each other. Currently, the certification process of the investment is in course – Ghelamco wants to obtain another BREEAM ecological certification.
