It has been advising of such companies as, for example, GEMINI Business Center, LIGHTHOUSE Waterfront Towers and Burzovni Palac, which the headquarters of Prague Stock Exchange.
CBRE Group, a consulting and investing company on the commercial real estate market, has announced the purchase of Impact-Corti. As a result of this merger, 160 of specialists from the purchased company will join the CBRE team in Europe. At present, CBRE Group focuses on service development within CEE district. In mid 2011 CBRE purchased Euro Mall Center Management, specializing in shopping center management.
