12 March 2013 the biggest event devoted to the real estate market, MIPIM trade fairs, begins in Cannes. A portfolio of investments will be presented i.a. by a Polish company MARS FIZ. The fund is going to present its three newest projects which are planned together with developers of whom the company is the main shareholder.
An unique office building is going to be the keystone of MARS FIZ's portfolio. The building is going to be constructed at the Nowy Świat Street exit in Warsaw, close to the former "Dom Partii" and the seat of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
"Our intention was to make the investment fit into the surrounding monumental buildings and at the same time to preserve their dominance over the neighbourhood of Trzech Krzyży Square. Our goal was to propose an intimate and modern office building which would not disturb harmony of this place", says Andrzej Chołdzyński, the author of the project Nowy Świat BIS and the co-author of the neighbouring GPW builidng.
The office building will offer 9,270 sq m of total area, including 4,000 sq m of office area and 2,000 sq m of commercial area. The prestigious location is the biggest advantage of the investment, since it is situated close to the most important administrative and business points of the capital city. An independent underground car park with 140 parking spaces is to be built next to CBF Nowy Świat. Centrum Bankowo-Finansowe (CBF) has received a building permit from the city council and construction will begin in the second quarter of 2013. Building completion is planned for the second quarter of 2015.
During trade fairs in Cannes, MARS FIZ wants to present a planned residential and office investment in Warsaw's neighborhood Odolany and an investment ground in Gdynia, situated on the premises of Stocznia Remontowa Nauta S.A.
"We are positive that the way the portfolio of investment projects is prepared, and which we are going to present to a broad audience, will attract interest in potential investors and partners in the fund," comments Piotr Słupski, the President of MS TFI, the partnership that manages MARS FIZ.
