Aiga Investments plans another projects in office and residential real estate market in Warsaw. Investment plans assume acquisition of a few projects in the years 2013-2014 and starting their construction. We analyse both plots, tenement houses for refurbishment, and already operating buildings, whose value may be potentially increased by adaptation, development or changing their function. We focus on projects, whose usable area does not exceed 10 000 sqm, located in the proximity to the centre of Warsaw – informs Krzysztof Dudek, the Managing Director, Aiga Investments.
The fund is currently implementing two office blocks in Warsaw – Jasna 26 and Libra Business Center at Aleje Jerozolimskie. Aiga Investments is also connected with such projects as Młodziejowskiego Palace in Warsaw, Cross Point in Łódź and Murawa Office Park in Poznań. The second phase of Libra Business Center, which is to begin in 2013, is also planned.

Since the beginning of our operations in Poland we have been working at constructing the office and residential space of about 120 000 sqm.
Libra Business Center comprises of two independent office blocks, offering the class A modern office space of altogether 26 000 sqm. The project was built in accordance with sustainable construction guidelines, thus it makes use of energy-saving and ecological solutions.
