Mermaid Properties has recently let over 5000 sq.m of area in their investments. Among the rented spaces, 2710 sq.m are located in Cross Point in Łódź, where Raiffeisen Polska, Compensa and Nordea Bank are moving in. In Pałac Młodziejowskiego in Warsaw, 210 sq.m of the area were rented by Wento S. z o.o., operating in the power industry trade. In the other investment in the capital, Libra Business Centre, 2500 sq.m were rented in July 2012, but the name of the new tenant has not been revealed yet.
As Radosław Sieroń, President of Mermaid Properties, said, We note a stable clients’ interest in our office spaces, both in Łódź and in Warsaw. This summer holidays have turned out to be a very intense time in terms of renting. Our portfolio contains both small areas, from 100 sq.m, and big spaces of several thousand sq.m. This interest is surely influenced by the location of our office buildings. We own offices to let in the exact centre of Warsaw as well as in the region of Al. Jerozolimskie with perfect communications opportunities. The signed agreements allow for an optimistic look at our further office projects.
In the nearest future, Mermaid Properties will put into use the first out of two office buildings of Libra Business Centre. This building is currently commercialized at the level of 90 per cent. The already mentioned Cross Point in Łódź is also rented in 90 per cent. Besides, the company is going to initiate the restoration of a townhouse at ul. Jasna in Warsaw in September 2012.
