Rondo 1 is located in downtown Warsaw and altogether offers the space of 100 000 sqm. CBRE company, an international adviser in real estate sector, will be exclusively responsible for its commercialisation and renegotiation of exisitng contracts.
The office building has received LEED Gold certification in category of exisiting buildings as the first one in Europe. The structure makes use of a modern BMS and DALI systems, which allow economical and effective building management. Rondo 1 offers its tenants the office space of 66 000 sqm on 40 storeys and almost 500 parking places for workers and guests.
The structure is a property of a special purpose vehicle, which is a part of MGPA Europe Fund II, managed by MGPA private equity company. CBRE, in respect of its income in 2011, is the biggest consulting company in commercial real estate market.
