Co-partnership Echo Investment has just started the execution of Development Park - an office complex with a space of 32 000sqm located on Konstruktorska Street in Warsaw. This investment will consists of two modern buildings with two level underground car parking and aboveground car parking.
Complex consists of recreational area such as courtyard with canteen, space with comfortable benches, patios on the roof and an outdoor gym. Development Park is located in a convenient southern part of Mokotów.
Project was designed by JEMS, bearing in mind rules of balance building and caring about comfort of future workers. Office complex of Park Development has received a certification BREEAM with a degree "Very Good" in a project's phase.
The first phase of project's execution will end in the first quarter of 2014, and the second phase - in the second quarter of 2015.
