80 000 sq. m of office and service space will be offered on a big plot, which is a good communication point. The investment will consist of nine buildings. The first phase will include the construction of four buildings. 22 000 sq. m are planned to be commissioned in 2013. In the second phase, until 2016, five other buildings will be constructed.
The property will offer offices, an underground car park, a restaurant and an inside garden. A special charging point will be provided for electric and hybrid vehicles. The project includes the application of many ecological technologies, like resources consumption control or green roof coverings.
The investor – SwedeCenter – is active on the Polish market since the 1990s and is part of the Inter IKEA group. It has already constructed several commercial real estates. A Business Garden office building has been already built in Warsaw. After the one in Poznań, another building will be constructed in Wrocław.
