CBRE and the company Fisheye from Kraków will represent the company GD&K Group, chich is an inwestor of theproject Carpathia in Warsaw. The beginning of building have been planned for the 4th quarterof this year, whereas its putting into use for the beginning of 2014. At present, the investor is at the stage of appointing a general executor.
Carpathia is a quiet building of the A class, which will be built at the junction of streets Topiel and Zajęcza in Powiśle in Warsaw. The building will offer 5 floors of offices and 2 underground floors, where car park for about 40 cars will be located. A typical floor will offer 840 sq. m of gross leasable area.
The building will offer areas in various arrangements: about 70 per cent will be devoted to open-space area, 30 percent for study arrangements. Offices in Carpathia will be of high standard, offering e.g. raised floors or suspended ceilings. According to its designers, Carpathia’s atmosphere, taking into account a specific character of Powiśle in Warsaw, will be its great asset.

We are sure that its unique architecture referring to 1950s and 1960s, its location as well as an ecological aspect of the building Carpathia will meet with tenants’ big interest.
