The asset of a given investment can be also an attractive place where the building arises or has already been located. Developers more and more frequently decide to create green areas around their investments. However, there is not always an opportunity to create such type of space due to the size of a plot for a project. Another way for distinguishing your office investment can be exposure of interesting history related to the place where the building is being realized. The methods on distinguishing your office building mentioned above are only some of many available solutions or options. Some of them, such as the unusual location or surrounding, are given. And some of them are to be cared of – for instance, in order to build a green office. Which way to choose? It depends on developer or investor as well as the whole concept of your investment.
