The construction of Skyliner will soon be commenced. The building starts on 1 September this year. The general contractor of the office situated at Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw is Warbud SA.

New Design and New Tenant
Karimpol and the coffee shop chain Daftcafe have signed a lease agreement in the Equator II office building. This will be the fourth outlet of the chain in Warsaw, scheduled to open on 1 October 2017. Karimpol has also reinvented the entrance lobby in the building.

EQUATOR IV rises above ground
The Austrian developer’s investment project located at Aleje Jerozolimskie has entered the stage of above-ground construction. The general contractor Warbud is building the first floor of the Equator IV office building and will soon construct higher floors.

Equator IV with the first tenant
Karimpol Group has signed a lease agreement with the Zdrofit fitness club chain for 1 662 sq. m. at the Equator IV office building. The tenant will occupy the entire first and ground floor at the Austrian developer's emerging building located in the Ochota district in Warsaw.

One of the largest medical centers in Poland – Medicover – is situated in Equator II. The company did not only renew the lease contract but it also extended space to 1939 sq. m.
