Credit Agricole Bank rented 4000 square metres of office space in Business Garde Warszawa complex. The offices are located on the two floors of the second building built within the first stage of the construction. The financial institution was represented by CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), a real estate advisor.
Roger Andersson, Swede Center, said: ‘Negotiations with the subsequent prospective tenants are fairly advanced. The project and the arrangement possibilities are highly valued by the customers so we expect that we will finalize subsequent transactions soon.’
Joanna Kalinowska, CBRE, comments on the transaction in a following way: ‘We are glad that Credit Agricole, the unquestionable leader of retail banking, chose CBRE as the representative of the company in the process of the offices consolidation in Warsaw. We negotiated attractive and advantageous lease conditions for our customer. We are convinced that Business Garden will ensure the great environment and services both to the employees and the customers of the bank.
Business Garden is located at the junction of Zwirki and Wigury Streets in Warsaw. Ultimetely, the complex will be composed of 7 buildings with the floor space of 90 000 square metres. The first stage of the construction assumes putting two buildings of 33 500 square metres into use (the buildings of 15 400 square metres and 18 000 square metres).
Apart from Warsaw, the investments of Business Garden are also realized in Poznan and Wroclaw.
